BACKGROUND OF PRESIDENTIAL AWARD
CAFBLC is a Certifying Organization (CO) for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) Program. As CO, we are responsible for verifying and certifying that a volunteer has met the requirements to receive a PVSA. Having been vetted and granted authority by the White House through an application and review process to give out the PVSA to volunteers. We are committed to offering these awards strictly aligning with the White House’s expectations.
